We spent last weekend camping in the Sawtooth Mountains. We arrived at our camp site on Saturday shortly before noon. After we set up camp, we took a five hike to Pettit and Yellow Belly lakes. I am standing on the trail above Pettit Lake in the first picture.Our camp site was on the shores of Alturas Lake. There was a full moon that night. We took a really good night time picture of the moon over the lake.
While driving home on Sunday, we stopped for a short time to look around a place called Grandjean, Idaho. This is just a very remote village in the mountains. I am standing by the Payette River in picture below.
Juile and I had a great weekend. We leave on a trip home to Ohio in a week. It is going to great to see our family and friends.Stix
