One of my favorite cookies is the M&M cookie from Safeway grocery store. Unfortunately there are no Safeways in Boise. I first came across the cookie when I rode in the Ride the Rockies bicycle tour in Colorado. After riding many miles I would want a snack before dinner when arriving to the host town. Safeway grocery store can be found in most CO towns and have also been lucky enough to find them on some other western vacations. This past Saturday we encountered a Safeway in Baker City, OR which was on our way to our hiking trail. Definitely make the trip worthwhile.

The Safeway M&M Cookie- Found!
