We did go skiing yesterday. Again, we did not take any pictures. It was very foggy/cloudy up on the mountain. The good news is we did not use chains on the drive up. So, we did not get any strange looks from people as we got out of our car. The conditions were good with the only notable exception being the less than ideal visibility. The mountain had received 7 inches of new powder on Friday night. If all this talk of skiing is making you get in the mood, we invite you to come out an join us and we even have a pair of skis you can borrow.

Yes, these skis are wood.
I have very neat story to tell now. This morning I was trying to make up my mind about what church to go to. Should I go to my Lutheran church or to Mass with Julie. Well I chose to go with Julie. I did not know that today is the feast of the Holy Family. The priest gave a very moving Homily about how important family is. God does work in very neat ways. Julie and I want to tell you all how much we miss you. You are still on our minds even if we are not with you.
